⚽ Gameweek 28 Review
GW28 was a proper chaos week in the best way — the final week of Super Sevens, the decider leg in the Predicted It Cup Last 16,
and a Gameweek leaderboard that refused to settle until the very end.
At the very top we got a rare sight: a three-way tie on 251.
MAXIE PADS,
PREDICTED IT ADMIN1, and
TEAM NAME TAKEN
all finished locked together on 251.
Just behind them, ALLISON WONDERLAND were only a single point off on 250,
and then it was another tight squeeze with
TK PREDICTIONS and
MOORE-4-2
both landing 226.
RATHFARNHAM RATS weren’t far away either on 225.
It’s one of those leaderboards where a single 50-point question flips your entire night.
In the chasing pack, there were plenty of solid weeks too:
THE DELGANY SHARKS, SWEEPERVISION, and
H-N HAM FIGHTERS all posted 176,
with CUNHA BELEBA!?, BLASTERS FC, and
DYNAMO CHICKEN KIEV just a point behind on 175.
Nobody got handed anything — you had to earn every point.

🥄 Wooden Spoon (GW28)
A brutal week at the bottom: AN A CORSE CELTIC 🤟🤤 and SKY BLUE BLUES
both hit 0/6 on the 50-point questions. That’s a straight Wooden Spoon share — one of those nights where every coin flip lands the wrong way.
The only way is up.

🏆 Competitions Update

Super Sevens (Competition 3) – Champion Crowned
That’s it — the 3rd Super Sevens competition of the season is officially wrapped, and we’ve got a new name added to the honours list.
Huge congratulations to DE LIGT MY BALLS, who took the title with a monster total of 1,807
(24 correct 50s and 8 correct 75s). That is proper week-to-week consistency, plus the big swings when they mattered.
The podium was stacked:
MOORE-4-2 pushed hard with 1,683,
and ARCTICUS took third on 1,605.
Even fourth to seventh were right in the fight for most of the run:
H-N HAM FIGHTERS (1,558),
DYNAMO CHICKEN KIEV (1,555),
THE DELGANY SHARKS (1,483),
SEVILLA EURO KING (1,480).
And it’s worth saying it clearly: DE LIGT MY BALLS now joins the exclusive club of Super Sevens Champions.
There are only three names in there now:
THE DELGANY SHARKS,
SWEEPERVISION,
and DE LIGT MY BALLS.
First trophy of the season — and a serious one.
Reminder: the winner gets to choose from a variety of prizes listed on the Info tab of the Super Sevens competition page. All prizes will be delivered at the end of the season.
And for everyone else — don’t lose hope yet! The 4th and final Super Sevens competition of the season
will be announced in the coming weeks.
New run. New chance. We go again.

Predicted It Cup – Last 16 (Final Scores)
The first knockout round is complete and the Cup did exactly what it’s meant to do: a couple of shock swings, one or two squeaky survives,
and some absolute warzone ties where you could feel the nerves through the screen. Here are the final totals across both legs:
SKY BLUE BLUES 150 – 100 SEVILLA EURO KING
Sky Blue Blues did the damage in Leg 1 and then just about held on when the second leg turned into a drought. Sevilla fought back, but the early gap was too big.
THE MIGHTY DUCK 100 – 50 I PREDICT DEEZ TINGS
Mighty Duck built a cushion in Leg 1 and it turned out to be exactly enough. Deez Tings finally got on the board in Leg 2 — but the Cup doesn’t wait for late starters.
BANDWAGONESQUE 351 – 300 DE LIGT MY BALLS
A heavyweight tie that lived up to the hype. Dead level after Leg 1, then Bandwagonesque nicked it with a sharper GW28. De Ligt My Balls still walk away with the Super Sevens crown — but the Cup run ends here.
MOORE-4-2 401 – 301 TK PREDICTIONS
Moore-4-2 were ruthless in Leg 1 and then matched the pace in Leg 2 to shut the door. TK Predictions didn’t lose badly — they just ran into a team in full flight.
CTRL ALT DE LIGT 200 – 100 AN A CORSE CELTIC 🤟🤤
Tight after Leg 1, then Ctrl Alt De Ligt took control completely in GW28. Celtic couldn’t get anything going at the worst possible moment — Cup football is unforgiving.
LEAVE MY ARSELONA 301 – 251 2INAROW
The swing of the round. 2inarow led after Leg 1, but Arselona hit a huge GW28 and flipped the tie in one move. That’s knockout football: one big week and the whole story changes.
THE DELGANY SHARKS 201 – 200 DYNAMO CHICKEN KIEV
The tightest tie of the lot — decided by a single point across two legs. Sharks survive by the width of a shoelace, Dynamo will be sick about that one for a while.
ARCTICUS 300 – 151 H-N HAM FIGHTERS
Arcticus delivered the statement performance of the round. Ham Fighters improved in Leg 2, but the first-leg hit was too heavy. Arcticus march on with real momentum.
The draw for the Quarter-Final of the Predicted It Cup will take place on Tuesday.
Eyes on the bracket — it’s getting serious now.

📈 Season Gauntlet Update
The Season Gauntlet is still led by H-N HAM FIGHTERS on 7,702,
but the pressure is absolutely real now.
DE LIGT MY BALLS have closed up to second on 7,523 — only 179 back —
and ARCTICUS are third on 7,274.
This is no longer “comfortable lead” territory. One big-value swing, one rough Gameweek, and the entire top three can flip.
It’s also ridiculously tight behind them:
THE DELGANY SHARKS are fourth on 7,231,
SEVILLA EURO KING fifth on 7,076, and
CUNHA BELEBA!? sixth on 7,069.
That’s a whole chunk of the top six within reach if the leader slips again.
The big takeaway: we’re deep enough into the season now that everyone can see the finish line —
but there’s still a lot of points sitting out there waiting to be claimed. If you’ve had a quiet spell, GW29 is the perfect week to spark a run.
