⚽ Gameweek 20 Review

Gameweek 20 was another one where the 50-point grind decided everything — and we ended up with a proper finish at the top. Two teams locked it down with 5/6 and couldn’t be separated.

Joint top on 252 points were Cunha Beleba!? and Sevilla Euro King. That’s a serious statement from both — and it keeps them right in the conversation heading into the second half of the season.

Just behind them came another strong wave: Bandwagonesque hit 202, tied with The Mighty Duck and Free Estate Kenmare also on 202. Then you had a packed group on 2012inarow, ManlyChestHair Utd, Sky Blue Blues and Arcticus — all right there, all within a single correct answer of the podium.

Mid-table was stacked too: Leave My Arselona led the next group on 152, with a long line of teams on 151 including The Delgany Sharks, Moore-4-2, An A Corse Celtic 🤟🤤, Blasters FC, SweeperVision, H-N Ham Fighters and Dynamo Chicken Kiev. That kind of congestion is exactly why the overall races stay so tight.

Down the bottom, it was a tough one for Team Name Taken on 50. But with this schedule, the only thing that matters is the response — Gameweek 21 is here immediately, and a bounce-back is always one good week away.

📊 Competition Updates

Season Gauntlet — Top Four Separated by Inches

The Season Gauntlet has had non-stop movement over the holiday run, and the top end is getting seriously tense now. H-N Ham Fighters still lead on 5,617 — but there’s absolutely no breathing room.

The Delgany Sharks are second on 5,271, while Rathfarnham Rats sit third on 5,216 and Cunha Beleba!? are right there in fourth on 5,214. That’s a tiny gap across the top four — and with the break coming after Gameweek 21, finishing this holiday period strongly could set up a big second-half push.

The chase pack is stacked too: Sevilla Euro King (5,143), 2inarow (5,112), An A Corse Celtic 🤟🤤 (5,063), Arcticus (5,017) and De Ligt My Balls (5,014). That’s a serious list of teams within one strong Gameweek of making it very uncomfortable for the leaders.

Key message heading into Gameweek 21: get your picks in, finish the holiday run strong, and set yourself up for the second half. With the table this tight, it’s still all to play for.
