📰 Gameweek 17 News

This is it — Gameweek 17 is the final Gameweek of the Super Sevens competition. Everything is still to play for, and with a huge amount of points still waiting to be decided, this finish could go right down to the wire.

On top of that, there are at least 2 (and possibly 3) 200-point questions due to be determined in Gameweek 17 for the Season Gauntlet… which means this could genuinely be the biggest Gameweek yet.

Gameweek 17 questions have been posted, and the deadline, as always, is kick off of the first game, which this week is 12:30pm on Saturday 20th December.

We’re now heading into a very busy Christmas period with several Gameweeks coming in quick succession. Turnarounds will be tight, so it’s each user’s responsibility to check the site regularly and make sure your predictions are submitted in time for each deadline.

Upcoming Gameweek deadlines:
Gameweek 17 – 20th December, 12:30pm
Gameweek 18 – 26th December, 8:00pm
Gameweek 19 – 30th December, 7:30pm
Gameweek 20 – 3rd January, 12:30pm
Gameweek 21 – 6th January, 8:00pm

Once we’re through this festive run, we’ll be launching some new competitions to kick off the second half of the season.

⚽ Gameweek 16 Review

GW16 had a very different feel — and it was shaped by two 75-point questions being resolved from previous weeks, which added a big extra swing to the totals. At the top, Leave My Arselona took the headline with a superb score of 276 points (4 correct 50s plus a 75), picking up a massive win at exactly the right time with Super Sevens entering its final weekend.

Behind them, the next group all benefited from those 75s too. Sky Blue Blues grabbed second on 227, with Cunha Beleba!?, Predicted It Admin1, Sevilla Euro King and SandraBullock FC all landing in the 226 range — a ridiculously tight cluster where a single 50-pointer was the difference between the podium and the pack.

There were plenty of strong standard 50-point cards too. De Ligt My Balls and 2inarow both hit 4/6 for 202, while Team Name Taken followed closely on 201. Bandwagonesque and H-N Ham Fighters both used a 75 to reach 175, and a big mid-table line of 3/6 finishes kept the overall races incredibly compact.

At the bottom, there was another big moment: SweeperVision finished with 0 points (0/6 on the 50s), which is always brutal in a Gameweek where others are collecting 75s as well. With everything still in play heading into GW17, even one tough week like that can be erased quickly — but you have to respond immediately with the Christmas schedule now in full swing.

Those two resolved 75s were:

🟨 Resolved 75-pointer (GW14 Q8)
Igor Thiago (Brentford) has scored in 5 of Brentford’s last 6 Premier League matches. They have 4 more games before Christmas Day – in how many of those will he score?
✅ Correct Answer: 1 or fewer
📊 Split: 1 or fewer (20%)  |  2 (56%)  |  3 or more (24%)
🟨 Resolved 75-pointer (GW15 Q8)
After an early run of clean sheets, Arsenal have kept just 1 in their last 4 league matches. Their next 3 games are away to Aston Villa, home to Wolves and away to Everton. How many clean sheets will they keep in those 3 matches?
✅ Correct Answer: 1 or fewer
📊 Split: 1 or fewer (42.9%)  |  2 (53.6%)  |  3 (3.6%)

Super Sevens — Final Gameweek, Nearly 1,000 Points Still to Be Won

GW17 is the final Gameweek of Super Sevens — and it’s perfectly set up for a dramatic finish. There are still 9× 75-point questions and 6× 300-point questions waiting to be determined, which is nearly 1,000 points left up for grabs. That means nobody can afford a quiet week… and nobody is safe.

Right now, The Delgany Sharks lead the way on 1,412, but Leave My Arselona (1,358), Sevilla Euro King (1,336) and H-N Ham Fighters (1,333) are all right there — and with this many points still pending, that gap can disappear in a single set of results.

The rest of the top ten is loaded too: Dynamo Chicken Kiev, Rathfarnham Rats, The Mighty Duck, Cunha Beleba!?, and the tied pair of Sky Blue Blues / Arcticus (both 1,084) are all positioned to pounce if GW17 swings their way. This finish has all the ingredients for chaos.

Season Gauntlet — 200-Point Questions Could Flip Everything

Over in the Season Gauntlet, Rathfarnham Rats still lead on 4,138, with H-N Ham Fighters chasing on 4,012 and The Delgany Sharks close behind on 3,966. But here’s the big story: GW17 is shaping up to be a potential 200-point swing week — and that can completely rewrite this leaderboard.

Two preseason questions worth 200 points each are due to be determined in GW17:

🟨 Preseason (GW0 Q21) — 200 Points
Will Viktor Gyokeres, Erling Haaland, Joao Pedro, and Mo Salah all have at least 7 goals by Christmas Day?
📊 Split: Yes (35.7%)  |  No (64.3%)
🟨 Preseason (GW0 Q22) — 200 Points
24% of all games ended as a draw in the 2024/2025 season. Will any team draw 7 or more of their opening 17 games in the 2025/2026 season?
📊 Split: Yes (57.1%)  |  No (42.9%)
This one is absolutely massive because the community is split — and right now Bournemouth are the only team still in with a chance. They’re sitting on 6 draws with one game left. One more draw and it’s YES… anything else and it’s NO. That’s a 200-point cliff edge.
🟨 Preseason (GW0 Q19) — 200 Points
Based on real time, which (if any) of these players will be the first to get 8 assists?
📊 Split: Bukayo Saka (28.6%)  |  Bruno Fernandes (35.7%)  |  Cole Palmer (21.4%)  |  Florian Wirtz (14.3%)
This one could be answered very soon as Bruno Fernandes is currently on 7 assists. If he hits 8 first, that’s another enormous 200-point injection for a big chunk of the community — and it could swing multiple races at once.

These are the kind of questions that don’t just move you up a place or two — they can completely reshape the entire table. With GW17 also being the Super Sevens finale, the next set of results could be the most important of the season so far.
