Gameweek 22 questions have been posted, and the deadline, as always, is kick off of the first game, which this week is
12:30pm on Saturday 17th January.
Gameweek 22 is the start of our 3rd Super Sevens Competition and also the start of the 2025/2026 Predicted It Cup!
⚽ Gameweek 21 Review
Gameweek 21 brought an extremely busy holiday period to a close.
We had a lot of 75-point predictions getting determined, and the top end of the table was packed with big scores.
The standout story: Leave My Arselona and Sevilla Euro King
were both extremely impressive, going a perfect 6/6 on the 50-point predictions and landing the Silver Gameweek Trophy.
That’s elite level consistency — and exactly the sort of performance that flips seasons.
Leave My Arselona took the overall win on a monster 378 points (6 correct 50s + a 75),
with De Ligt My Balls right behind on 352 (4 correct 50s + 2×75).
Sevilla Euro King completed the podium on 303, proving you don’t need the 75s when you go flawless on the 50s.
Then came another tight cluster: Team Name Taken and Arcticus both hit 302,
while Rathfarnham Rats posted 278 and An A Corse Celtic 🤟🤤 landed 277.
Even outside the top spots, scores were flying — and that’s exactly why every week matters in this format.
Plenty of solid totals throughout the pack too, with Predicted It Admin1 on 253 (5 correct 50s),
and a big group landing in the 226–227 range. After the festive chaos, it’s the perfect moment to reset — and Gameweek 22 starts a whole new chapter.
📊 Competition Updates
Season Gauntlet — Holiday Swings, Title Race Still Wide Open
The Season Gauntlet has been chaotic over the holiday period — and the table has tightened right up.
H-N Ham Fighters lead on 6,144, but behind them it’s relentless pressure.
Rathfarnham Rats are second on 5,844, with The Delgany Sharks third on 5,748,
and De Ligt My Balls closing in on 5,716.
Even tighter again — Cunha Beleba!? sit just one point back on 5,715.
That’s how fine the margins are right now.
The chase pack is stacked too: Arcticus (5,669), Sevilla Euro King (5,596),
and An A Corse Celtic 🤟🤤 (5,490) all in striking distance.
One big week — and everything can reshuffle again.
Super Sevens — Edition 3 Kicks Off (Winner Takes All)
Gameweek 22 marks the launch of the 3rd edition of Super Sevens this season — a 7-Gameweek tournament where
it’s winner takes all. No hiding, no slow starts, no “I’ll catch up later” — you need consistency from the first whistle.
We’ve already got champions on the board:
SweeperVision won the first edition, and The Delgany Sharks won the second —
and you can guarantee both will be eager to add more silverware.
But keep an eye on Rathfarnham Rats — two top-five finishes already and flying in the Season Gauntlet…
maybe this is their moment to take it. Time will tell.
Predicted It Cup — Qualification Starts Now
The Predicted It Cup also begins in Gameweek 22 — and qualification is all about the 50-point predictions only.
From Gameweek 22 to Gameweek 26, the top 16 teams across those Gameweeks will qualify for the knockout rounds.
Once we have the final 16, teams will be drawn against each other and go head-to-head over two legs.
Winners progress, the bracket tightens, and we keep going until we crown the Cup champion.
