📰 Gameweek 12 News

After a surprisingly entertaining international break, the Premier League is finally back.

Gameweek 12 questions have been posted, and the deadline, as always, is kick off of the first game, which this week is 12:30pm on Saturday 22nd November.

⚽ Gameweek 11 Review

Gameweek 11 served up a few twists and reminded everyone just how tricky this format can be. It was a weekend for the purists — with the right mix of tight calls, low-split questions and a few banana skins along the way.

The top honours went to Moore-4-2 and The Delgany Sharks, who both produced the perfect Silver Gameweek — a stunning 6/6 on the 50-pointers. To make that feat even sweeter, four of those six questions paid out bonus points after the community split dropped below 10%. It’s one of those rare weeks where almost every call required nerve and a bit of footballing instinct, and both delivered.

Just behind them, Leave My Arselona, FC 20 Benson & Hedges, and H-N Ham Fighters all landed five correct to round off impressive 250-point totals — keeping their names in the conversation at the top of the ongoing competitions. A strong showing too from TK Predictions and The Mighty Duck, who were steady throughout and continue to pick up consistent points.

Mid-table was busy as ever — Arcticus, De Ligt My Balls, and Prediction Prophets all stayed in the mix with solid three-out-of-six cards. And while some, like Rathfarnham Rats and Free Estate Kenmare, couldn’t quite hit their usual rhythm this time, there’s every chance they’ll bounce straight back next week.

Down at the bottom, 2inarow had a weekend to forget — no correct answers and a rare Wooden Spoon to show for it. Everyone’s been there once or twice though, and the best cure for that is usually a solid Saturday comeback.

Super Sevens — Round 2 Is Under Way (GW11 → GW17)

The second edition of the Super Sevens got underway in Gameweek 11 and runs right through to GW17. With the first week now complete, Moore-4-2 and The Delgany Sharks naturally take an early lead, but the chasing pack is stacked — the margins are tiny and one strong weekend could shake the standings entirely. Expect plenty of movement once the next few Gameweeks settle in.

Season Gauntlet — Momentum Building

Over in the Season Gauntlet, Cunha Beleba!? edges into top spot after another consistent showing, just ahead of Rathfarnham Rats and SweeperVision. The Delgany Sharks’ perfect round has seen them surge back into the top 10, and Moore-4-2 is hot on their heels after an excellent fortnight.

With nearly a third of the season gone, there’s barely 400 points separating the top 10 and still plenty of high-value questions to come — especially once the January window opens and those 100-pointers arrive. This is the part of the campaign where every single decision starts to count.

Expect movement across the middle of the table too — the likes of Arcticus, De Ligt My Balls, and TK Predictions are all trending upwards and could easily close the gap with one standout Gameweek.
