Quick apology: this update is a little late β€” Predicted It HQ were away for a couple of days. Thanks for bearing with us!

First up, a huge shoutout to SweeperVision, winners of our first Super Sevens competition which wrapped up in Gameweek 10. Brilliant consistency across the seven rounds β€” more on that below.

Missed out this time? A brand-new Super Sevens kicks off in Gameweek 11, and everyone’s back to level terms with another chance to grab silverware and a prize.

Gameweek 11 questions were posted on Monday and the deadline to submit your predictions, as always, is kick off of the first game, which this week is 12:30pm on Saturday 8th November.

⚽ Gameweek 10 Review

Gameweek 10 was lively β€” a couple of early swings, some nervy finishes, and a handful of excellent games. Top spot went to I Predict Deez Tings, who stitched together 5Γ—50 plus a 75 for a sharp 326. Close behind, Ctrl Alt De Ligt and 2inarow both found the 75s to post 301 and 300 respectively β€” exactly the kind of form you want heading into the next block of fixtures.

SweeperVision kept their standards high on 275, with tidy 251 cards from FC 20 Benson&Hedges, ThomasTheFrankEngine, Predicted It Admin1 and The Mighty Duck. Solid contributions too from TK Predictions and Moore-4-2 on 226, while a busy middle pack settled between 201 and 175 β€” including Rathfarnham Rats, Leave My Arselona, Arcticus, Team Name Taken, The Delgany Sharks, Allison Wonderland, ManlyChestHair Utd and Maxie Pads.

At the other end, we had a full set of Wooden Spoons β€” all 0/6 on the 50-pointers β€” for Prediction Prophets, Free Estate Kenmare and De Ligt My Balls. Tough one. The upside? Fresh start in GW11 and a clean slate in the new Super Sevens.

Super Sevens β€” Final Standings (GW4–GW10)

SweeperVision finished as worthy champions on 1,803 (27Γ—50, 6Γ—75), ahead of a strong chase from Team Name Taken 1,603 and 2inarow 1,477. Big pushes from Arcticus and Rathfarnham Rats saw both land on 1,454, with Maxie Pads close behind at 1,428. It’s been consistently tight from start to finish.

Trophies have now been added for our winner and the top 8 finishers. As winners, SweeperVision now gets to choose from our prize selection (Premium Mystery Football Shirt subscription, Yeti Coffee bundle, Chocolate Hamper, Retro Sweet Hamper, Coffee Hamper, Meat Feast Hamper, or Wine & Cheese Hamper). Congratulations!

And for everyone else: we go again. A new Super Sevens starts in Gameweek 11. Fresh leaderboard, fresh chance at silverware β€” get your entries in.

Season Gauntlet β€” Major Shake-Up

Preseason Question 18 was settled in GW10 with Arsenal becoming the first team to reach six clean sheets. That paid out 200 points to 45.2% of the community and properly shuffled the pack.

We’ve got a new leader: Rathfarnham Rats jump to the summit on 2,730. The chase is fierce β€” Cunha Beleba!? (2,701) and a dead-heat for third between Team Name Taken and SweeperVision (both 2,680). Just behind, H-N Ham Fighters (2,479) and 2inarow (2,454) are one big weekend from the podium.

The top ten rounds out with An A Corse Celtic (2,425), Moore-4-2 (2,355), The Delgany Sharks (2,354) and De Ligt My Balls (2,353). In short: the title race is wide open again and momentum matters more than ever.
