West Ham and Chelsea both failed to score in their opening game of the season. Will both teams score in their Gameweek 2 fixture?

The weekend kicked off with an early win for the 36.6% who backed both teams to find the net. A stunner from Paquetá after just six minutes, and then a cool equaliser from João Pedro sealed it all before the quarter-hour mark. 50 points in the bag.

Man City (4) and Tottenham (3) were 2 of the highest scoring teams in Gameweek 1. How many goals will be scored when they play each other on Saturday morning?

📊 Split: 3 or fewer – 41.5% | 4 or more – 58.5%

Two goals in the first half had over half the community rubbing their hands – surely more to come, right? Wrong. A goalless second half left 58.5% empty-handed, while the 41.5% who went lower secured the points.

🟨 Question 3
There are 3 games kicking off at 3pm this Saturday. Will there be at least 1 home win and at least 1 away win in these 3 games?
✅ Correct Answer: No
📊 Split: Yes – 70.7% | No – 29.3%

Ouch. A painful one for the majority, with all three 3pm games ending in home wins. The 29.3% who went against the grain racked up the points here.

🟨 Question 4
Liverpool, Man City and Tottenham were the only 3 teams in Gameweek 1 who outscored their opponents in both the first half of their game and the second half. Will Arsenal join them and win both halves vs Leeds?
✅ Correct Answer: Yes
📊 Split: Yes – 73.2% | No – 26.8%

A comfortable 5–0 win for Arsenal delivered the first points of the weekend for most players. The 73.2% on the right side here finally got their reward after some frustrating misses earlier in the Gameweek.

The average goals per game this season is currently 2.4. How many goals will be scored in the 3 games being played on Sunday?
✅ Correct Answer: 8 or fewer
📊 Split: 8 or fewer – 80.5% | 9 or more – 19.5%

No shocks here – just two goals in each of the three Sunday fixtures. 80.5% of the community called it correctly and bagged an easy 50.

🟨 Question 6
Newcastle have lost to Liverpool in 6 of their last 7 Premier League games. Will they lose to them again in Gameweek 2?
✅ Correct Answer: Yes

This one went all the way to the wire. A 10th-minute injury-time winner from Liverpool crushed the hopes of 26.8% and saved a few blushes too. No one was more relieved than LEAVE MY ARSELONA, who looked set for a second consecutive wooden spoon until that last-gasp goal spared them! The odds of back-to-back Wooden Spoons? Over 3,000/1. That would’ve been legendary… in the worst way.

🥇 I PREDICT DEEZ TINGS, NOT AGAIN and MARCO FC top Gameweek 2 with a perfect 5-for-6 and 250 points. Superb efforts that lead the early charge!
